UK Orders

Free tracked shipping on orders over £150.

Shipping is calculated at checkout for orders below £150.

As each order is carefully made and prepared, please allow 3–10 working days before dispatch.

Once dispatched, UK delivery takes approximately 1–3 working days.

EU Orders

Free tracked shipping on orders over £250.

Shipping is calculated at checkout for orders below £250.

As each order is carefully made and prepared, please allow 3–10 working days before dispatch.

Once dispatched, EU delivery takes approximately 3–5 working days.

Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.

US Orders

Free tracked shipping on orders over £250.

Shipping is calculated at checkout for orders below £250.

As each order is carefully made and prepared, please allow 3–10 working days before dispatch.

Once dispatched, US delivery takes approximately 5–8 working days.

All US orders are shipped DDP, meaning duties and taxes are already included. You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.

International Orders

Tracking Your Order

Delivery Issues

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your delivery.

Delivery issues must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date so we can investigate and assist you.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice a genuine mistake in your address, contact us immediately at support@azyrum.com. We may be able to update it before your order is prepared or dispatched, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
