Section 16 — 14-Day Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. We offer this to every customer, wherever they live; for consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom it is also a statutory right. To exercise it, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement sent to support@azyrum.com before the 14-day period has expired. After telling us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Goods should be returned unworn and in the condition in which you received them. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described, in which case we cover it.

This right does not apply to certain goods, including items that are made to measure or personalised to your specification, and sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene. Preorders are covered by this right: the 14-day period runs from the date you receive the goods, not the date you placed the order. This does not affect your other statutory rights, including remedies for goods that are faulty or not as described.

Prices shown to shoppers in the European Union and the United Kingdom include VAT where applicable. For deliveries to other destinations, prices are shown exclusive of any import duties, taxes, or customs charges.
